ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged items purchased online within 14 days of the date of delivery. In order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please try items on with care.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains), unworn, and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
IN BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY
All items purchased in the boutique are non-refundable and are only valid for an exchange or credit note. All items must be returned within 7 days.
HOW DO I RETURN A NON-FAULTY ITEM?
We offer a returns’ policy for Products returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.
The customer must cover the cost of the return. When returning an order, please obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. To return an item please complete the returns form included in your delivery and email firstname.lastname@example.org
When returning an order, we suggest sending all packages via recorded delivery as we do not accept any liability for packages lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm its arrival.
Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to be received.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND RETURN COSTS
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return costs are valid only on the occasion of a faulty item being delivered.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale, there may be a slight delay.
