If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14-days of the date of shipment and they are in perfect, original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.
If you'd like to return any item use our hassle - free online returns portal here - you will be guided through the quick steps to request a return and then notified with your shipping instructions once your return has been approved.
Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days, or you can request store credit with us if you prefer.
PLEASE DO WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE POSTING IT TO US AND INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK TO ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR RETURN. WE AIM TO PROCESS RETURN REQUESTS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.
Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item and putting it back into the bag provided.

When returning an order, we suggest sending all packages via recorded delivery as we do not accept any liability for packages lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm its arrival.

In order to exchange an item, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in your order.
