1. Eligibility
• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes.
• Exclusions: Customised items cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping
• Cost: You are liable for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes.
• Tip: Use a tracked shipping service for secure delivery.

4. Exchanges
• Start Exchange: Utilise the Returns and Exchange Portal.
• Stock Availability: If your item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.
• Shipping and Duties: You are responsible for the shipping costs and customs duties/taxes.

• Exchange Process:
◦ We will notify you when your exchange item is ready for dispatch.
◦ If the exchange item costs more, please pay the price difference.
◦ If it costs less, you will receive the balance as store credit.
◦ Shipping and customs duties/taxes are your responsibility.
◦ We will send you tracking details once dispatched.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
• Report Damage: Contact us within 2 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• Resolution: Our team will investigate and provide a solution.

6. Sale Items
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sale merchandise.
• This applies to discounted or on-sale products or those purchased through an offer or promotional code.

7. Cancellation Policy
• Before Shipping: You may cancel for store credit.
• After Shipping: Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped.

Important – 360° Security ID Tag Policy

All YunikuLondon garments are fitted with a 360° security ID tag. Please do not remove or tamper with the tag unless you are certain you wish to keep the item.

Any item returned with the security tag removed, broken, or damaged will be strictly ineligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

We kindly ask customers to try on garments carefully with the tags attached.

    • Return instructions will be shared once your return request is approved.
    • Re-use the original packaging, including the bag, for proper care and protection.
    • Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and free from damage.
    • Once verified at our facility, your item will be processed for an exchange or return.
    • Typically, returns and exchanges take 10–15 days to complete.

 3.  Refund Policy

  • We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
  • Return shipping arrangements and applicable charges will be shared once your request is approved
  • First-time exchange for size is free
  • A non-refundable shipping fee of INR 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
  • Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable
