UK Delivery

  • Complimentary shipping on UK orders above GBP 190
  • Flat shipping fee of GBP 5.99 on UK orders below GBP 190
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days from dispatch
  • All UK orders are shipped with tracked courier services
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All UK orders include taxes and VAT with no import fees on arrival

US Delivery

  • Complimentary shipping on US orders above USD 250
  • Flat shipping fee of USD 25 on orders below USD 250
  • Estimated delivery: 7–16 working days from dispatch
  • All US orders are shipped with tracked courier services
  • Applicable import duties or local taxes are payable by the customer based on standard US import regulations

International Delivery

  • Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above GBP 190
  • Flat shipping fee of GBP 25 on orders below GBP 190
  • Estimated delivery: 7–16 working days from dispatch
  • Non-UK/US orders may be subject to local destination import duties or handling fees, payable by the customer

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces require additional tailoring time before dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS
  • You can also track your order through your YunikuLondon account

Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, redelivery or collection options may be available through the tracking link provided
  • Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or non-collection may be subject to return shipping and handling charges

Returns & Statutory Rights

  • UK Customers: In line with UK statutory rights, orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.
  • International & US Customers: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and local customs/import fees are payable by the customer.
  • Orders in Transit: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once dispatched; you may initiate a return upon receiving your delivery.
