No. Both the 15-minute discovery call and 45-minute personal styling session are complimentary, with no obligation to purchase.
How does the virtual session work?
Once your appointment is confirmed, we will connect with you via Zoom or WhatsApp. We will discuss your style, fit and preferences and guide you through suitable pieces and customisation options.
What should I bring?
Nothing specific. If you have outfit ideas, inspiration images or particular occasions in mind, feel free to share them with us before or during your session.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your studio appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Of course. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer and arrange another suitable time for you.
